The blending of more than 60% Pinot Noir add to the Chardonnay freshness, Around 40% Reserve wine.

The vineyard used is settled on chalky-clay terroir, mainly based on Louvois & Bouzy (Grands Crus), Ludes, Montbré, Tauxières (Premiers Crus) villages.

Limited yield on 35 years old average vines,


All the Méa House’s plots (grapes) are blended in stainless steel

Hand made harvest with a traditional wine press

Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation made

Sulfites added when the grapes arrive at the press house, at the racking and the bottling.

Ageing on laths, on the bottle : 18 months minimum

Dosage : 7 gram per liter – Brut
